Confirmation Registration

This registration form is for all candidates who will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the spring of 2027. It allows Christ the King Parish to verify/record your child's sacraments and to communicate with you about sacramental preparation.

Sacrament preparation classes will be offered on Monday and Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the Saint Joseph site. At the end of this registration you will be asked to choose to attend EITHER the Monday or Tuesday session. The student and a parent or guardian are required to attend.
