First Communion Registration

This registration form is for all students who will make their First Communion in spring of 2027. It allows Christ the King Parish to verify/record your child's sacraments and to communicate with you about sacramental preparation.

Sacrament preparation classes will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the Saint Joseph site. At the end of this registration you will be asked to choose to attend EITHER the Tuesday or Wednesday session. Only the student is required to attend.
